World Cup Build Up #3

16 Days and counting until kick-off. Today we had the World Cup Trophy stop over at the stadium, with much fan fair and excitement. People queued for hours for photos with the trophy and most were able to get a shot with the famous relic. My pics with the trophy will be on the next blog.

In other news, I have been given an opportunity to preach at a church in Nelspruit. This is very exciting and I am trusting the Lord for a more-than-relevant word for the church. To not just plant a seed, but to equip the saints for good works. Please join with me in prayer for an atmosphere of the prophetic and the miraculous on 6 June.

The pics below show us ´hard´at work, in getting the stadium logistically ready and flowing. Everything needs to be match-ready at least ten days before our first match at the stadium.

The view from our venue office, overlooking the botanical gardens - nice!

Every town in SA has at least one Hong Kong superstore, when you start looking, and they´re all run by Asians.
